a) Browser Name  
b) Browser Version

Your Browser Version may read something like this:
 
Version 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)

In this case, your browser version is MSIE 6.0, not 4.0.

You need to have one of the following web browsers to use Online Testing:
 

Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher
America Online version 8.0 or higher

If you have an older version of any of these browsers, you
 will more than likely not be able to take your tests online.
