No, each CPA/Enrolled Agent is responsible for reporting their own CPE credits.  We are however interested in offering this service to our customers.
If you work for a State Board of Accountancy and would like to offer this
convenience to your CPA's, we posess the necesary technology to make this a reality for your state.  Please call us at 866-760-5400 if you are authorized to discuss this issue.

 


Simply log back in to the Testing System. When you log in, it will show you the following:
  • Courses you still need to complete
  • Certificates for courses you've already passed
  • Exam Grade Reports for courses you've already passed
  • Online Course Evaluations that haven't been completed (optional

You can print and reprint these as often as you need to, there is no limit.



No. You can only get certificates and grade reports for courses you complete online. Please contact us by phone if you need a replacement certificate for a test that was sent in via fax.



That's one of the great things about online testing, there are no minimum requirements for your computer.  However, you need to have one of the following web browsers:
 
Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher
America Online version 8.0 or higher

If you have an older version of any of these browsers, you will more than likely not be able to take your tests online.  Since upgrading to these newer programs are FREE, feel free to click on one of the links above and download a new version today.


Easy, simply click here, put in your last name and email address that you gave us when you purchased your course(s) and an email will be sent instantly to your email address with all of your login information. If for some reason you didn't supply us with your email address, please call us during normal business hours, and we will be happy to provide your invoice number to you.


top 9. I never asked for Online Testing. How do I get rid of it?


There's nothing to get rid of. If you choose not to use the online testing feature there are no additional charges nor is there any effect on your account with us, it is simply there as an option.


top 10. What do I have to do to make sure the answers to the questions I choose don't get lost? Do I have to backup something on my computer to make sure my answers don't get deleted?

Absolutely nothing. All of your answers are saved INSTANTLY on our system. Every time you select a new answer, the status of your test is saved. So whether your internet connection drops or your computer locks up, your online test is not affected in any way.

top 13. How long do you keep my certificate(s) and grade report(s) for?



We will retain your records for no less than 5 Calendar years from the date you complete your exam. While we may keep them longer than that, you can be sure that should you ever lose proof of completion within that time period you'll always be able to print out new copies.


top 14. Is there any way I can print out the test questions and answers on paper and then go back and put the answers in all at once?


Yes. Once you click on an exam to take, there will be a button at the top that reads, "Print this Exam". Press the button and your exam will print to your printer.



top 15. How come I never get an email with my results?



If you placed an order over the phone or via fax, you probably forgot to provide your email address to us. Give us a call at 1-866-760-5400 and we'll add your email address to your account information. If you placed an order online, maybe we didn't get your correct email address when you placed your order.


top 16. I just took my test online, should I also FAX my paper answer sheet to you?


No. Once you take your test online, you're done. Should you fax in your sheet in addition to taking your test online, your paper answer sheet will be discarded.

top 19. What is your Sponsor Number for my state?


UltimateCPE has 4 accreditations:
  • NASBA - National Registry of CPE Sponsors (#108036)
  • NASBA - Quality Assurance Service (QAS) (#032)
  • New York State Board of Accountancy (#2028)
  • IRS Enrolled Agent Sponsor (No Sponsor Number)

Which Sponsor Number you use is dependant upon which state you lve in.
Some states accept more than one of the above numbers, always check with your State Board of Accountancy for clarification.  Additionally you may contact us at 1-866-760-5400 for assistance as well.



At this time, email is not an option for sending in your completed
answer sheet.  The problem is, there are too many ways to scan things
and too many formats to save your scans.  Since most people don't fully
understand how their scanner and software work, it's just not feasible to
allow this at this time.


top 21. Tell me more about UltimateCPE's "Instant Grading"...

There are times when we wait until the last second and wind up getting stuck.  If our 48 Hour Grading isn't fast enough for you, or if for some reason you don't want to use our Excellent Online Testing system, for an additional $20 we'll stop everything, move you to the head of the line and grade your test NOW. We'll call you back after it's been graded, give you your grade, offer to fax your Grade Report and Certificate of Completion to you and drop an original in the mail.
